You may change the command key equivalents used for the first six PowerBar menu options. You may also choose not to have any such equivalents at all. To make such modifications, access the Keyboard Controls dialog by opening the PowerBar control panel and clicking the General Preferences icon. In the General Preferences dialog is a button called âKeyboard Controlsâ. Click it and youâll be presented with the dialog that provides you the necessary options for keyboard navigation and command key equivalent alterations.
To change a command key equivalent, simply type a new character in the box next to the checkbox that represents the menu option you wish to change. Note that unchecking the checkbox causes no command key equivalent to be available for that menu option.
Click âAcceptâ to record your changes or âCancelâ to disregard them.
